The Ghana Ship Suppliers & Services Association (GHASSA) the voice of the ship supply industry in Ghana was formed in 2017 by local ship suppliers with a common vision to promote the economic interests of all members IN SHIPPING CHANDLING.

GHASSA aims at achieving the optimum business climate for Ghanaian ship suppliers and strengthening the competitiveness of the industry as a whole.

OUR VISION

Ensure commitment to the rendering satisfactory services by our members to vessels that call our local ports.

To substantially enhance the level of cooperation and coordination with the government, semi government and ports authorities for an effective transfer of common goals between Ghana ship suppliers and the regulatory bodies to activate their role in support to the growth of the Ghanaian economy.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to promote the interest of Ghanaian Ship Suppliers by facilitating efficient ship supplying and services.

That members of our association should never have to be the target of unfair or unclear regulation and should always get to enjoy the right to fair trading conditions.

We also enable our members to connect, create a valuable and powerful network. We thus not only strengthen our economic position but also the reputation of our industry.

GHASSA also aims to promote, regulate, protect, represent and further the interests, conduct and operations of its members.

And to cooperate with other regulating bodies or organizations whose objectives and activities ae corresponding and beneficial to GHASSA.

GHASSA disseminates advice, regular industry updates and other useful information to encourage social interaction among its members and with other related organizations to encourage social interaction among its members.

Membership

Members can be legal entities, sole proprietorships, general partnerships, and limited partnerships working in and/or providing services to the ship supply industry.
